Hotel Policies:
Check in:
• Strictly from 2pm to 7pm otherwise arranged accordingly. As our reception hours are till 7pm, there would be no one to assist you, so please arrange accordingly or communicate with us.
Payment requirements:
• Tour operators: as we are a new company a 100% is required beforehand for day-to-day opera:ons. Credit applica:ons will be added at a later stage.
• Guests: A 100% of the deposit is required upfront or paid on arrival.
Guest arrival:
• ID or passport is required for check ins for safety purposes.
Laundry services (extra cost):
• We have laundry services available from 8am – 2pm
Meal hours:
Our dining hall is open from 7am – 3pm. No meals will be served aHer 3pm.
• Breakfast is from 7am – 10 am.
• Lunch can be arranged at reception.
• No dinner options available at this stage.
NO smoking:
• Please, smoking is prohibited inside the building.
